PUBLIC NOTICE
On May 23, 2023, at 7:00 pm, the City of Guyton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing, with a meeting immediately following the close of the public hearing.
On June 13, 2023, at 7:00 pm, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Guyton will hold a public hearing, with a regular meeting following the close of the public hearing.
Both public hearings will be held to receive public comments on the following item:
- Request for Annexation and Rezoning – Parcel No. 03190013 requesting annexation into the City of Guyton and subsequent rezoning. The Applicant requests that the property change from Effingham County zoning designation AR-2 to City of Guyton zoning designation R-1. This property is approximately 2.53 acres located on Brogdon Road.
Both public hearings and meetings will be held in the Guyton Gymnasium, located at 505 Magnolia St., Guyton, GA 31312.
